Carleton Sheets return number doesn't work Wooddale Illinois

I ordered the Carleton Sheets 30 day trail period and I was not pleased with the material that I received so I decided to return it. To my suprise, the number that they gave me to call doesn't work. It is always be busy no matter what time I call. When I called the customer service number, the lady that I spoke to told me that it wasn't her problem and she told me to call the same number that seems to not be working.

I sent the products back anyway, and I received the delivery confirmation, but today when I looked at my account they charged me $116.19 for items that I don't have. I also doesn't help that the number doesn't work. I called my bank and I had them dial the number and they too got a busy signal. Now we are fighting it.

To all people that are out there that want these products, please don't buy it because it is a headache that you don't need.
