Purchased a sagyey pool covrr for /3500. We we unhappy due to wotkmanship and qualoty as well as their inability to take responsibility. Carlton said theyd call the store owner and anchor industries who they hired to crrate our cover. Its been 4 months no calls. I contacted the corp office in warminster pa n they have not returned any calls to date. The pool cover is a tarp. Not a saftey cover. Anchor industry blames carlton carlton ignores our calls.

I will file a complaint with:

StTe attorney general

Consumer complaint

Federal trade commission

I suggest all who reported CARLTON POOL file with same agencirs. Include Better Business Berue as well.
