Carol Anne Waters Abuse of Authority San Antonio Texas

 Hello, I am so very sorry and my condolences to the family of this horrible situation. This is exactly what it should take to get this woman out of the discussion making of what happens to these innocent children’s lives. It’s so sad and mind blowing that the court system continues to allow this woman to ruin people’s lives and now be part of killing innocent children.

I’m discussed with the judge and whoever else who was involved with the discussion making of this little boys life and so should everyone else. If enough people get together we can possibly demand and make a change to better the lives of families who deserve to be parents and guardians. If there is anything I can do please let me know! This poor boy was placed with a neglective, alcoholic guardian despite 5 police reports of neglects. The child custody evaluation was performed by Carol Waters. With Carol Waters assigned to the case the child never had a fair chance. Carol Waters should be de-licensed. Carol Waters work should be re-evaluated. How many times has her incompetence led to the negelect of children and it has not made the news? I think the State of Texas should be held liable for sponsoring Carol Waters' nonsense.

Carol Waters negligence or incomptence has led to the death of an innocent child. Should the state of Texas be held liable considering the many complaints against Carol Waters? Carol Waters must be stopped before her actions harm or kill other innocent children.

 We also we're a victim of this power crazed and dishonest woman. She makes up facts and her reports are fiction. I am so sorry. The day this woman walked into our lives was one of the worst days in memory. I wish she could be stopped because her behavior is ruinous and she enjoys it. We complained to our attorney but nothing was done. If you have a custody evaluation in Texas and are assigned this woman, I feel very sorry for you.

 Hello I'm correctly going to through the exact same thing everyone is saying with Mrs. Waters. She just filed on my case this past Monday Aug 13th.
