DO NOT-repeat-DO NOT ever buy though Carpet Mills and owner Thayer  Abuhalimah in Little Rock/North Little Rock, AR.  They talk a good talk and tell you anything you want to hear.  But when their installer does such a horrible job that your house becomes unliveable, they drop you totally.  No warranty on anything, no matter what they promise you or give you in writing.  We had to rip up our whole new wood floor, 820 sq. ft., at our own expense and pay another flooring place for another floor because Carpet Mills installed it so terrible and refused to redo it properly.  No refund, no warranty, nothing.  We lost all our money with them. $6000 just gone along with 5 months of aggravation.  Stay away at all costs!

Update:
After a year and a half of trying to get our money back, Thayer reimbursed us the cost of ripping out the floor, only the cost of ripping out the floor.  This was a settlement to stay out of Small Claims Court.  He still hasn't felt it necessary to reimburse us the $6000 we paid for the floors in the first place.  So draw your own conclusions if you'd like to do business with Carpet Mills of Little Rock/North Little Rock or not!
