Treat you like family eh?? Dont make me laugh!!! But you did!! First off, they can lie like a big dog...got me many miles away from home and telling you that they want to make this be your last job that you will ever have to go too!! I wasnt here 3 weeks cause the dispatchers are very very rude...plus they will take you on a load that is not in the right location, plus give you the wrong pick up number, give you a nasty truck where someone pours tobacco spit on the sleeper floors, they wont pay you all of your orenitation money only $100 a week plus you have to pay $25.00 a week til a total of $750 is collected if you bring the truck back in the same condition, plus you have to pay $32.00 a week for load locks!! not also including insurance!! They dont promise you the miles that they tell you over the phone....you will get at least 1100 or less a week with a mcdonalds check!!! Then you give the company two weeks notice they will get mad with you and send you on a fake load that company dont know what your talking about!! This is a mean and hateful company to use good drivers like me!! When I saw this truck they gave me and was a warning from another driver!!! I pray the drivers that come.....BEWARE and may the force be with you!!

I talked to a Recruiter and he sounds abrasive and demanding.I see company have 14 reports filed so that tells me company is messing up big time. I did see their trucks. Not in good shape. I will not attend any orientations. Bad companies can ruin your DAC and CSA. I don't think the reports are untrue.

They Must Have a Money Tree

From what you're saying, they sure must have a money tree out back and get their money that way. It costs more than $1000 to hire someone. So I guess they don't mind spending that kind of money so they are willling to give new guys garbage trucks that have been spit in. If they lose the guy, so what. Its only money. Same goes for very, very rude dispatchers. They pay those people to be rude to drivers so the drivers leave and they can spend even more money trying to hire another to begin the cycle over again. They could care less about all the fines they receive from the state and federal regulators because they are shorting so many drivers in their pay...after all, its only money. Then to top it all off, they will waste their time and even more money to make up some fake load so the driver who's going to quit can spend even more of their money driving to a fake destination and then back again. Yes, they have that money tree and several more to do all this.
Something is missing here...THE TRUTH. What is it? You were FIRED due to repeated moving violations, preventable collisions or service failure issues? Maybe you lied on your application and they found out about it, or maybe you're the guy who's "very, very rude" showing up late for pick ups or deliveries wearing clothes that haven't been changed in a week.
Oh yes, don't waste the effort writing back saying, "You must work for them", or "You know nothing about trucking" because you're wrong on both counts!
