carstereoneeds Will never email back regarding warranty. Murreta Internet

I bought a car stereo from them through ebay thinking that they are legit since they had a good " warranty" for their products.  Anyways, everything was fine for the first seven months until my screen started acting up so I contacted them.  They informed me to send it back after I had to pay $20 dollars for their shipping fee.  Liz emailed me back immediately and also provided a tracking number but everytime I went to check on the status of the shipping, there was never an update meaning that she never physically sent the item but eletronically prepared the shipment.  

After I contacted her back, she was very apologetic and said she will get right on it but about a week later she stopped emailing me back. Its been over a month now since I last heard from her.  I tried to contact ebay but they are unable to help since it has been over three months since I purchased the item.  I'm pretty much out of luck so I am just trying to warn others that this company may send you what you ordered but DO NOT rely on it to last or dont depend on their warranty.
