Unfortunately, I as most people bought an amplifier from this company looking for a deal.  Then you see the 3 year warranty included it makes the deal sweeter. 

When you need to use the warranty you get an email every now and then once you ship the item to them. They tell you to send  $20.00 for shipping back to you, so I send a Western Union money order so it can be tracked, I also shipped via Fedex insured for the ride, and once again so I can track it and make sure it got there.

The tracking is FedEx  066841800014202 Here is the tracking for the world to see. They received the amplifier on the 15th. On the 25th I emailed them, wow I had to tell them my package had arrived 10 days before. Two days later I get another email that there is no money order, well it is now 2/11/2013 still no contact at all from this great company. I also contacted the local PD to initiate ic3.

I emailed and called them and stated, if they would send me a paypal invoice or I could arrange for fedex to pick the amp back up broken to be sent back to me. Still no reply from them. All I wanted was an honest answer. They sure do know how to sell, but that is it.
