I requested a one time charge for a Car Vin report at 2.95 and was immediately charged 29.95 on my Discover CC. I noticed the charge after 3 months so I have 3 charges of 29.95 which are unauthorized and completely fraudulent. I decided to call the merchant and he basically said I should have read the terms on my agreement and that it was not refundable. I contacted my discover card and they are disputing the charge. Hopefully I get my money back. This is a complete scam, the website is non-existent and there is no way to even read the terms of the agreement. These thieves work under different names: REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND MANAGERS--RENTALBoard Industry DescriptionSERVICES-GENERALPOS , PROPERTYHOUSEVALUE COM.
