Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The management here is very unprofessional and hide behide their local managers. They do paperwork illegally and work fix anything when broken. The managers are never in the office and god forbid if you need to page the 24 hour emergency pager. They apparently think that means to call you back after 24 hours. The main office in Turner, OR make all decisions not knowing what really going on.
They have drug dealers and child pedophiles living in their units and is not a safe place for kids. When you complain and try to do the right thing they just give you notice to leave.

I have worked with Cascade Rental Management Co. for 9 years and have been a Property Supervisor for the last 3 years. I am the supervisor for Fox Hollow Apartments in Bend. Our on-site staff, as well as our staff here in the main office have a policy of returning non-emergency calls within 24 hours and we stick to that policy.
We do respond to all maintennace requests in a timely fashion. I do not know who this complaintant is, but he should have contacted me here at the office so I could address any maintenance issues that he felt were not being addressed, as that is what I do.
Our complexes have policies for following the rules. If tenants do not abide by the rules, we give them opportunity to correct the issues. If they continue to violate the rules we take further action, which can mean termination of tenancy. This applies to all tenants and we treat every tenant the same.
Fox Hollow Apartments is a clean and well-maintained complex. If there were ever issues of drug dealers or pedophiles, which I am aware of none, these units would be in violation of our rules and would be dealt with accordingly.
