 Oh where do I start? We bought a car out of state from Casey Chevrolet. Everything went fairly smoothly with some wheeling and dealing. Believe it or not it happens at car dealerships. Who knew that? We had the Explorer Limited about a month and the leather seats literally blew out at the stitching. The foam was completely exposed. Obviously we called the used car manager and explained what happened. He told us to goto a Ford dealer and have them look at it. The Ford dealer spoke to Mr.Rodgers and I heard nothing for weeks. I had to keep hounding him for a reply on how the seats would be repaired. Finally he said go get an estimate which I went and received 2 estimates. He said they both were way too high and I needed to drive 400 miles 1 way and take off 2 days of work at least. Mind you hotel-food etc. Obviously I told him that offer would never happen. It was a complete game from them up until October. A zillion calls-emails etc. All while he talked to me like I was a second class citizen. He was completely unprofessional and actually needs fired. Oh wait he was once fired from GM which explains why he's probably with Casey now sitting on his elevated throne in the used car building.

I started contacting the Attorney General, BBB, DMV and everyone but Obama looking for help. I then figured out they sold our Jeep which was our trade without the title. Illegal if I'm not mistaken. This place does some fishy business. Finally after months of chasing them, I must of contacted someone and they sent me a check. Okay finally I can fix my seats but now I can't get them to return my GAP insurance which they've had since approximately July unbeknownst to me. I thought the refinance company would cut me a check..No Casey does and they've hidden it from me. Unbelievable right? So now I'm fighting them once again for my money which by law they can't keep for anything. Oh wait Mr. Politte tells me I'm delusional because of my information supplied to me from the finance company. Wow..the unprofessional mentality at this place goes hand in hand with their business procedures. Also don't believe a word about the FREE WARRANTY that they promise you and it covers nationwide. It's a complete crock of crap as stated above it didn't cover the seats nor was it free as the snuck in a $2600.00 charge for an extended warranty which we never agreed to. Yes, shame on me for missing it within the zillion pages of paperwork. Just stay away from this crooked ignorant dealership. Google reviews on them.
