Cash Advance USA I got a message on my cel phone to return kevins call. He said he was from the US Attorneys Office I call and they transfer me to a foreign rude man tha says he is an attorney, Roger Fitch. these f Buffalo, New York

I received a call from kevin (same name as other report) His message indicated he was calling from the US Attorney's office.  I return the call promptly.  He says I have a lawsuite filed in new York for a bill from last year I did not pay.  i knew this was not true. 

I ask to speak to someone else as this guy refused to even give me any information.  I was transferred to a man that says he is attorney Roger Fitch and after a Long go around this man gives me his office address of:  1832 N. Highlands  Buffalo New York.   He also gave me a case number after he tried to tell me he did not like my attitude etc. to try to avoid giving me any information at all.  He hangs up on me so I call back several times to get Kevin back on the phone.  He refuses to give me the telephone number of the Company or the Court so I can straighten this out.  He tells me to have my attorney call.  I tell him I do not have one and he then tells me in order to resolve this I can just give him my debit card and pay the bill NOW.  I am not stupid but I tried to check with the courts etc. and an attorney I called said to call the local police and turn them in as he had heard of this scam before. 

I call Kevin back again to tell him I was on to him and that I had called the police.  Ronnie Marshall says he is an attorney and also uses foul languare like Kevin did.  They have at least 4 people involved in this scam unless only one can change their voice drastically.  They all sound like they are from India.

He called me back at least 6 times to use foul language and to tell me he was coming over to meet with me tonight to F--K me so as I pretty much knew in my heart this was a scam this behavior verified it is a scam. 

If you get any calls like this do not even bother to return the call.  My local Police gave me the FBI local number which did take a report and they say to call 877 382-4357, the Federal trade Comission.  These robbers need to be stopped.
