I am a college student who was in need of money for school book because I did not
get paid until the follow week. So, went to a website called cash advance USA. I
remembered my computer freezing up and my inform was not processed. Two months
later a man called me saying that there is a legal matters against me. Now, today a
woman by the name of Angel Brown called me demanding that I need to pay the
amount of $300. or legal matters would be issued. She had my bank account# and
four digits of my Social Security#. So, I called my bank today and they told me
that from August to now no amount of $300 dollars has been deposited in my
account. I feel like I want to sue the Cash Advance company because I have the
person name and phone number right now.

What would you sue for? That they called you? That your computer froze while filling out an online fast cash loan application?
Call your bank again, tell them about this andask for a new account number. It is free.
Four digits of your social, that is something to worry about. You also gave them your date of birth etc.. If I were you, I would also shop for identity theft protection.

That is all they are - just tell them you know they are scammers and hang up!
