Cash Advance USA I applied on line for a loan and when they told me I had to get a green dot card, I decided I did not want the loan. Now the are calling me and threatning to tae $650.00 from my checking for cancellation fees. Internet

 I applied for a loan on line with cashadvance usa. They called me on the phone and told me i was elligable for a loan up to $10,000. So they asked me how much would you like to borrow. I told them I needed $2500.00.

After checking my credit they said I need to go and by a green money dot card for $225.00 and call them back with the scracth of number and this card is a guarentee I would make my monthly payments on my loan. This not making sence to me i decided this must be some kind of scam, so i told them i did not want to go any further with this loan. Now they are calling me all day & night threatning to take $650.00 from my checking account for cancellation fees. There was never any discussion about any cancellation fees. What do i do now. I'm gonna have notify my bank. Because they are not taking my money. I also want to know how I can stop them from calling me.
