Okay, so today I received a call at work from someone calling from an Attorneys Office in regards to a Legal Case being filed under my name, I asked him what it was about and he just gave me a ph# to call; 707-347-0017 and to speak with a Miley Brown. I then contacted her but it went straight to her voicemail. I tried numerous times till someone finally picked up, she stated her name as Miley Brown and that she was from the Dept of Legal Affairs reporting a Legal Case that was filed under my name with my SS# from Cash Advance USA, stating if I had an attorney and if a sheriff had contacted me already, I answered that no one had contacted me. She then stated if Im aware that a Sheriff will come to my house to take me to jail, I asked for what reasons and she said for reporting fraud information on my loan application She explained that a report from Cash Advance USA stated they had loaned me money and was deposited into my account but when they attempt to debit the amount owed the account shows insufficient funds, I immediately stated that I am aware of my Cash Loan Company and its name is not Cash Advance USA, plus I have my bank statement already checked out as proof I never received any cash loan from no Cash Advance USA. She immediately stated she was going to review my file again and will contact me back. About 45min later still no one called me back, so I called it again she kept hanging up, but finally she picked up after I had already researched and contacted my loan company and I told her this is fraud and I demand to know what is going on and to speak with someone to get this issue resolved, she then said to hold while she pulls out the file, while I was waiting she hanged up the phone. I called back numerous times but she kept hanging up on me. 

Be warned of these Companies, its all 100% fraud and they are only interested in getting your money. Be sure to review all your accounts and do your research on it before giving out any information they could use on you.

They are charging me for cheque fraud, theft by deception and violation of federal banking regulation. And that i was monitored online using my e-mail address in order to solicite funds.
