Cash Advance usa Federal crime unit sueing me through a loan I did not have in Miami, Florida

I had a weird message left at my work from Sean White from the Federal crime unit 916-282-311 on Sept. 10. When I called the number it was disconnected. On 09/13 I received another call but this time I was working, this heavy Middle-eastern accent names Daniel Richardson (904-436-9000). He accused me of having a payday loan that I did not pay and that I would be taken to court if I did not pay $936.59. I had to call him back on lunch to find out what the hell this was about, and when I called back at lunch he said it was Advance America USA that I had the loan through. I had no such loan, so red flags went up. I began to ask more questions. He was very rude & demanding, and not professional! He had my account number, my last 4 of my social and my work info. He then told me I had a 30 minutes to pay this off, or I would be arrested today. At that point I hung up on him, and called my bank in which they recommended to close my account ASAP! When I returned from lunch I received another phone call, but now he wanted my manager! I had already told my boss what was going on, so luckly he ripped this fraud a new a*hole. I did close my account, and filed with the secretary of state.
