Cash Advance Scammed me out of 50 dollars Greenville South Carolina

I was left with a voicemail stating I was approved for a loan. Mind you I was applying for one. I called the number left on the voicemail and talked to a woman who's name slips my mind. She said I had been approved for a loan up to 5000.00. She asked how much I wanted to loan and I told her 1000.00. She then proceeded to tell me about the insurance for the loan is 100 dollars, which would be refunded with the loan, and it needs to come as a Google play card. I then told her I only had 50.00 dollars and she said that would be ok but they would cut the loan in half so I could only take out 500.00. I agreed went and purchased the Google play card and called her back as requested with the numbers on the card. She had me repeat the numbers twice then told me to text the numbers which I did twice because she claimed she didn't receive a text. She then told me to call her back which I did. At this point she proceeded to tell me that I had to get another 50.00 card because the insurance is 100.00 no matter what the size of the loan. I told her I didn't have another 50 and she claimed they would keep my file open until I can get the money. By this time I was thinking I got scammed and sure enough I tried to redeem the play card myself and it had already been redeemed.
