This company is horrible. They fail to inform you about the 99% interest rate they charge you. I authorized them to withdrawl 216.55 out of my account on a monthly basis for a 2575 loan. After a year i contacted them to see what my payoff was and was informed that ONLY 11.00 of my 216.55 goes towards the principle....I still owed well over 2200 to this company after paying them for a entire year. I requested that they stop making automatic withdrawls which they did....now they harrass and call me at least 8 times a day on my home, and cell phone.
I think it abosolutley ridiculous that they charge 99% on this loan. I understand that I did initiate to borrow the money but it will take me almost 4 years to pay that amount back. Now they are threatening to start an arbitration claim, I honestly do not know what to do in regards to this....I need to seek leagl help. I did request that they send me the documents that i signed off on that shows that the int rate was 99 percent ...we will see what happens...in the meantime if anyone has any suggestions or wants to share their story ....Please let me know

First, call them up and change your work and cell numbers. They can easily get your home number, but is it possible to block the number that calls you.
Second, if you have asked them to stop deducting money from your account and they refused, call your bank. You have two options:
A. Do a stop payment on the automatic withdrawal. This is similar to a stop payment on a check, and it costs the same. This is valid for 6 months, then you have to renew it and pay for it again.
B. Have your bank change your account number, as if your checkbook was lost. You can do that over the phone. They will ask about outstanding checks and automatic withdrawals to roll over to the new account. Cash Call will not be one of them.
Finally, pay additional on your loan each month. Use your bank's bill pay and send a check for 1/12 of the amount with your account number and "Principle Only." This payment will be applied to the principle and greatly reduce your interest. If you don't have that much to spare, at least do $5 a month.
I hope this helps. I went to their website when I was unemployed last year. While I loved the ease and amounts of the loans available, I couldn't deal with the interest rates, so I went elsewhere (cash advance on my credit card, paid off completely within 3 months after I got a job).

If you borrow money from anyone, anytime, and from ANYWHERE...READ EVERYTHING. Hate to say it, but it is your own fault for being desperate for the $$, not taking the time to read the terms and conditions that are EVERYWHERE, and then complaining when they ask you to pay. Lesson learned.

How can you borrow money with out the faintest clue about what the interest rate is or even about asking what it will be? I don't believe you didn't know. Especially since it's on their website.

What you should do...

is to pay as you agreed to when you got the loan. The rates are available on their website, on the paperwork they send you and mentioned on the phone when they processed your loan request. Is the interest rate high? Yes, but you agreed to it and accepted their money. So the best thing to do is pay them back and learn to read all paperwork concerning financials deals in the future.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY.....

They will take you to court. The 99 % interest rate has been all over their advertisements and their website for quite a while. They are a short term predatory lending firm and they will continue to hassle you if you do not pay. They will take you to court, win and garnish your wages as you are dealing with low life lending. They get by with it because people can not obtain normal loans thru a bank. If you can find some money from another source and it is not at 99% interest rate borrow it and pay these nuts off. They will suck you dry otherwise and then stop trying to borrow your way out of debt. Stick with cash from here on out. Your life will be in a much better place!
Good luck and I hope you can get this company out of your life and fast! They may have a catchy commercial, but they do for a reason. People take the bait then realize it takes years to pay off the loan!
