CashCall My Cashcall horror story ripoff Internet

About 3 months ago, a family member took out a cashcall loan to assist me with car repairs, my car was towed to a dealer and looking at 1000.00 worth of repairs , I had no where to store it or keep it, I was barely keeping up with the payments as it was.

The minimum amount that could be taken was 2600, we were well aware of how much this thing was going to cost IF it ran the full amount (over 10,000).

The key was to pay this back as quickly as possible, When Febuary came, I got some money for school, and we paid more than half of the loan back, right off the top.
There was a problem with the payment date however, it was too early, being assured the date could be changed, we called and the representative moved the wdl date to the 15th, we were told it was all set.

Sure enough on the 1st, the money was taken and resulted in over 200$ of returned check charges. After 100's of calls and getting calls because the left hand definitely does not know what the right hand is doing in this company.

We actually were rembursed for the fees after faxing not once or twice but 6 times ppwrk we were told to fax.

Next payment was coming up and we called everyday to be sure it was scheduled on the correct date, we were assured it was.

The 15th came and wnet and we started getting collection calls that the loan was not being paid.
We were confused, the funds were there, the bank was called and verified that no wdl's from cashcall were made. All of a sudden, a week later, in the 23rd, cashcall not only took 1 payment but took it TWICE !!,thereby, once again causing an overdrawn account.

Now the bank is investigating this and in the meantime, I have a frustrated family member who tried to help me out, at 76 years old, she cannot afford these things.
Calling cash call over and over yielded about as much help as a scarf in the summer.

We want to see if we can sue this company for breach of contract, they took out more than they are contracted or allowed to do and once again, caused fees that we will probably never get back.

It's almost as if this company sees someone paying the account and wants to intentionally mess it up to say see, you don't pay us
