Cash Net Threatened over phone with legal action/arrest by Cash Net - Richard Barton Internet

Received unclear message from Richard Barton (or Burton) regarding a loan I had taken out last year. Called from Florida number (941-961-8518) but return number is California (818-451-4035) per reverse lookup. I called back and was threatened with being served with legal documents, arrest and court on Monday, then to pay $5K + for legal fees.

I asked him to fax me the loan documents since I did not take out a loan at any time, nor have a bank account at all, but was told very rudely that he did not have to send me anything at all, and could expect the sheriff at my door in the morning. I asked to speak with his supervisor/manager with his response being "I'm it" and when I asked again for the fax he began yelling so I hung up.
