Poured over the requirements multiple times. Had others review my documents. Finally heard from Resolve co. they denied my claim. Sent in my claim on July 07/08, and after hounding the people at Cash Rewards I received a letter stating "the sponser failed to pay for the certificate or otherwise breached its agreement with Cash Rewards Inc. What do we do now? Called a lawyer in Texas who is representing a couple in regards to Cash Rewards Deceptive Trade Practice... He said he will know more in 6 months. Also have been on a website (((Redacted))) where many people have been denied. I see that BBB in Texas has denied them, do I bother to complain to them? I just want a lawyer!

Wrote earlier that my claim had been denied due to "sponser failed to pay for the certificate or otherwise breached its agreement with Cash Rewards Inc." I am soo happy to report that David Maloy CEO of Cash Rewards has been in contact with me, and has agreed to contact my sponser (my real estate agent who originally offered me the program). Mr. Maloy has told me he would like to resolve my issue swiftly and I feel very encouraged. I will keep you all posted as to the outcome of my Cash Reward.
