Cash Rewards ITPA SCAM, Rebates,Rip off, antelope, California

We purchased a boat from Cope & Mcpheters three years ago. They were offering a cash rewards incentive of over 4000.00, in 3 years if we purchased the boat. That was the selling point for us.

We followed the instructions precisely, everything was perfect. When the three years was up, the first week of August, 2009, we filled out all the paper work and sent it to the address as stated on the back of the contract. We even had it looked at by an attorney. Everything was perfect.

Our envelope was returned, by the post office, unopened, I tried to get a hold of Cash rewards, but all phone numbers have been disconnected. I tried to send them an e-mail but it was returned undeliverable.

It appears that David Maloy, President and CEO of Cash Rewards is nothing but a SCAM artist. I also tried to get a hold of Cope & Mcpheters, the ones that duped us into this whole thing to begin with, but it appears they have gone out of business as well.
