cashadvanceusa all payday loans harrassment and threatneding phone calls...people sound like they are from india they didnt say, Michigan

this guy called my cell phone and said there was a lawsuit against my name and social security number. he said i had to be in michigan by 7/29/2011. he said if i could not make it on my own he would have me supoened and arrested and brought there.

he told me i got a payday loan from cash advance usa in either 2/2011 or 3/2011 he could not give me an exact date. i told him i did not recieve such loan and he said he didnt care what i said he had the paper in front of him. he then proceeded to tell me it would not show up on my bank statement that it was internet only. last time i knew all loans get direct deposit into ur account. 

he then told me to write down everything he said and fax him the letter by 11am on 7/22/2011 of everytihng he said. he told me to avoid getting arressted and going to jail i had to agree to pay $100 every single friday until it was paid off. he said the loan was for $400 and had to pay back $1879.36

he said i had to include my name, address, all my bank card information, copy of my photo id and sign it. he also said for me to write that i would never dispute this again. he gave me his name and number and told me that if i had any questions to call him and if the phone was busy or disconnected do not worry he would contact me.

i went to my bank and got all bank statements beginning 01/2011 and ending 06/2011 and as i had told the man i had no such deposit. i had never applied to a payday loan or any type of loan online. i have looked and researched but never applied. this man had me scared and crying thinking i was going to jail and had a lawsuit against me.

my bank reassured me that anything like that has to be done by certified mail. this guy sounded like a man from india and he called me twice in a row and when i called him back some other guy answered the phone and had to go get him. when he got on the line he immedietly asked for my layers name and number and started scaring me.   

he told me he was a lawyer for cash  advance usa and all payday loans are the same and he represents all. he gave me another name which i am researching to see if that name even exists. i have had several people call me and several places try and take money out of my account. 

i am tired of these calls and people trying to hack into my bank account. i am tired of being scared every time my phone rings and what people have to say. it makes me want to not have a phone or bank. i am lucky to have such a bank that they know what has been going on and very nice to me and keep reassuring me. 

i would like something done about all these places and people calling and threatening me. especially about things i have no idea about. they know my name, my address, my phone number and my social security number. i now have to call the social security office and notify them as to what is going on which means loss of work that day. i also have to go to the police department and notify them as to what is going on. i had to destroy my bank card and get a whole new account which is a big hassle. i really hope someone can help me and figure this out so it never happens again.
