CashBack International,LLC Pool Table cash back ripoff, Denver Dover Delaware

I purchased a pool table from FunRay Spas at 2568 S. Broadway, Denver, CO on the cashback promotion. I feel I paid a large premium for the table but a part of the purchase price was to go to a foundation for the blind and a good portion of my cost was to be refunded to me per the contract.

At the end of the contract period (39 months) I sent the required documents by certified mail. They were returned 'UNK'. I attempted to call them at their number as listed (1-888-360-6628) and I received the message 'call cannot be completed, please hang up and call customer service'. I've been unable to find a customer service number for them.

I feel this was a well-planned scam from the beginning.
