CASHCALL RIPOFF COMPANY HARASSES AND LIES FOUNTAIN VALLEY California

I got a loan from cashcall last year as I was in need of money and they were the only company who would lend to me. I made all my payments on time up until February. I made arrangements to pay them off in full and gave them authorization to take the money out of my account on a certain date, I later had an emergency and could not pay off my loan, I called them in advance to put a stop payment on the full loan amount and to have them just take the normal monthly payment. When I called they told me they didn't show anything in the system showing where I gave them authorization to payoff the account and that they would only be taking my normal monthly payment.

A few days passed and I got a letter from my banking showing NSF fees because they tried taking over $3000 from my account after I told them not to, and after they informed me that the payoff request or authorization didn't show in their system. I then called them to see what was going on and got the run around, so I finally told them that I would not be sending them any money until I got something in writing saying that they would no longer try to take money from my account. I also sent them a letter telling them that they have no authorization to withdrawal money from my account. They have refused to send me anything in writing and I refuse to send them money, they now call me about 20 times within a 2-3 minute period (seriously) they leave very rude voicemails. I have already tried talking to different people over there to get things squared away and they refuse to work with me so now I am refusing to work with them. Does anyone have any advice on how I can rectify this problem? I do know that I took and used the money and I was more then willing to pay them back until the lied to me and refused to meet me half way. They just sent me a 48 hour letter saying I need to pay my loan back in full or they will take legal action. Any advice would be appreciated.
