In 2005, because my employment I had to take out a loan to pay my bills. I saw a CASHCALL ad and call them. I took out a loan with CAHCALL for $5000 at a 59.84% percentage rate out of desperation. At the time< I thought I could quickly pay back the $5000 dollars as soon a my job hours picked up. My month ly paments were $358.44. The loan never went down, I am still paying on the loan. I have paid them presently, $17,438.37 dollars. I would like some legal advice as to what I can do to get this loan paid off!!!
