cashcall i made the mistake of borrowing 2500 dollars and now they wont give me my payoff balance they said i have to go on line but there is no way of getting in to get my payoff and they will not give it to anaheim, California

In researching, it appears you are given the chance to create your own log on name and password. This grants you then , rights to view your balance. If you lost your password, then they have a "Contact us" button to gain retrieval or have the password reset.
Your complaint can easiliy be resolved if you follow the advice from the website. I would suggest being attentive to what avenues are available. They also have a mailing address that you can send in a formal request for payoff balance.
On a personal note- Glad you are working towards paying this off, thats a sign of a responsible adult. Lets hope they work this out with you!
