Cashcall Unwilling to work with you on changing payments, Rude, Ripoffs Orange California

I was like the others, I took a $5,000.00 loan and gave back $1,500.00. After I am done i will have paid them over $40,000.00 for a $3,500.00 Loan. I was having a hard time this month and asked for a deferrment and was denied, not even a change of date. They charge a $15.00 late fee. I have another loan company, no questions asked to change payment date, no late fee. and when I asked for a deferment, I was given it. Cashcall is a rip off company that should not even be allowed to operate. I want to do a class law action suit against them. If anyone knows of one pending in California, please let me know.
