CashForLaptops Bait and Switch Nevada Internet

I sent my ipad to cashforlaptops.com which was in excellent physical and operational condition as they had said it was worth $95.  I suspected that they would probably offer me less but I thought it would be in the ballpark.  I had white listed their email domain so nothing from them would risk going into spam and during a 6 day period I received emails from them that they had recieved the unit and then advertising emails form their service.  After 6 days I got an email that my order was processed and the $14 was being sent to me via paypal.  Althouth their website states that I would get an email with the offer that I could accept or reject I never received this email....mysterious how I received about 10 emails from them but this one never got to me so they processed my order and sent me the $14 .. Customer service was not helpful and said they are not responsible for lost emails and they could not do anything about it because the unit was already processed.  I could have sold the ipad for at least $50 myself..so lesson learned.
