The quote you receive prior to sending your phone is just a "come on." Once they have your phone in their possession, there is a series of delaying tactics (an email saying 'answer our call, call us back, verify your phone number") Try to get through to the "buyer" and you will get a recording OR a long wait time, or no answer, or be asked to "leave your number." Stay away from this company it is nothing but trouble. Remains to be seen if they pay or return the phone!
