Cashnet500 ripoff Elkins Park Pennsylvania

I like many other people fell for this company. I was in need of some fast money as I had a bill that was due and I found these people on the internet so I applied. I signed all the paperwork that was required and sent everything back to them that was required.

I like other people was not aware that they were going to take just the finance charge out of my account. They received 3 payments of $90.00 and 2 payments of $50.00. I only borrowed $300.00 which doesn't seem like a lot of money but everytime they try and take money out of your account and the money isnt there of course you receive NSF fees.

I have made several attempts to contact these people and when I do get ahold of someone they are rude and nasty and threaten to take me to court or garnish my wages. I told them that in order for them to garnish my wages they would need to have a court order and the said that they don't need one.

They debited my checking account for $510.00 and of course the money wasn't there and I have received another NSF fee. I now owe my bank $600.00 for all of their messy around with my accout. I even called them and told them that I would make arrangements to send them some money but they wanted me to send it Western Union and they said to use my Social Security Number as my account number. I am not going to put my SS# on any paperwork that goes to someone like this. I don't want everyone and his brother knowing it.

I have had some other situations with my SS# and I don't want just anyone to know it. They threatened me with the police coming to my job and numerous things that they could do to me. They have called my supervisor several times seeking information and when she wouldnt give it to them they got irate she simply told them that she could not discuss my wages with them over the phone but if they would like to send some paperwork she would look into it. They said they couldn't do that.

These people are crooks. They need to be stopped. I have contacted the BBB in Ohio where I live and I have contacted my attorney and he is going to contact the Attorney General here in Ohio. We all need to stick together and get this people
