Cashnet.com I keep getting calls from an man with an Indian accent about a payday loan with Cashnet. I have never received a loan from cashnet. They have also contacted a friend of my who tells me they call her Internet,

A gentleman calls from is suppose to be a collection agency for I guess, Cashnet to say I received a cash loan from in March of this year.  Which is untrue.  The have also contacted friend of my who I have used as a reference for a payday loan which I did not qualify for and call her constantly about paying for court costs.  I did speak with the gentlemen of a couple of occasions to say I never received a payday loan from cashnet and to please stop call me and my friend.  But the calls keep coming.  And as of today July 11, 2010, my friend told me that she is still getting calls from them.  I even asked for a phone number to contact cashnet myself, but then I was hung up on.  Please advise me how I can further handle this situation.
