cashoffernow I did not receive payment for test strips as promised. Chicago Internet

On 9/7/2017 I sent 6 boxes of 100 OneTouch Ultra Blue test strips by USPS Priority Mail to cashnowoffer.com but I have not received payment in my PayPal account yet. My attempts to reach you regarding non-payment several times by telephone and email. I received an email stating that $232 would be sent to my paypal account, in the past it was sent to my paypal account the very next day. This time it was not. I investigated a week later and saw in their website a statement claiming that checks were delayed because of the hurricane. This doesn't make sense since the payments are not via mail but through PayPal. I have tried contacting them since numerous times, left phone and email messages. No one has returned my calls or responded to my emails.
