Castle Credit Corp I paid off my debt unsing my personal account, and when the debt was paid off they stop withdrawing money from my account, now they are saying that I owed them $55 dollars when I don't and they damage my credit report by putting that on it. Chicago Illinois

On 2003, I was in training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and a person claiming to work for photo world base in CA came to me and offered me a deal about photo stuff. After I heard all that she had to say, I said no, and she replied back that she would give me a free pizza if I sign the documents and that all I had to do was to send them a letter to cancel. After a day I sent the letter and never heard from them, but they started taking money from my account, just the monthly payment something like $70.00 a month for 29 months, to all this the first payment was in June 2003, and doing my math my last payment was on October of 2005 in which they withdraw my last payment from. Now I am in Fort Lewis, WA, and when I apply for a loan, they told me I had a debt in a collection agency and denied my loan. When I look into it, it is from castle credit corp. and they are saying that I owe them $55 dollars. I called like a week ago and they said that they have been trying to find since Jan 06, but I don't work in FLW anymore, not since Jun 03. What I am trying to find out is if I can sue them for damages, because now my credit is no longer good, and I really needed to make that loan, and because of a company this fishy I will be denied credit for a long time, because I will not pay them a cent, because I know I don't owe them anything.
