Castle Credit Corp. threatening to take us to court after we have made more than enough payments, and balance in two weeks. Calling everyday. Harrassment. Chicago Illinois

Castle Credit has been harrassing over Hague Water company. I payed them 297.00 last month and they said that was ok for the payments. We payed them another 500.00 this month, and I called them to make a payment, they didn't call me. they then called the next day demanding the balance within two weeks which would be the sixteenth, over 4,000.00 I am very sick, and Anthony called me the customer from hell! have been calling everyday. I have been very sick every since. I do not understand because we weren't supposed to pay for the first 3 months when we got the water softner in May of 2007. It hasn't worked half the time, and we were supposed to recieve the softner products every month until 2010, which we have gotten twice since we bought it. We also asked to have by-monthly payments and they said that was ok, they then sent it to Castle Credit. Please help us. We were duked into bying because they had said that my bladder disease would be much better, that the softner would help us from getting cancer, and other terrible diseases. It rotted the floor under my sink, and we had to have them come fix that. Two months after we got the softner it wasn't working and they wanted us to pay them 168.00 for the upkeep.
