Castle Point Mortgage what a ripoff... doesn't even have the courteousy to call back Internet

We have no control over how much or little time an appraiser spends at a borrowers house. Maybe you should do a little research before you go off and say that we at castle point mortgage are a rip off. Appraisers work their own ways and its not like they are paid by the hour. They charge per report and if you ever saw how mych time and effort went into an appraisal report then you would understand why you pay the money that you pay. By the way, you got off cheap most appraisers charge any where from 350 - 450. Your house obviously under appraised, which is what is happening now because a lot of borrowers think their homes are worth a lot more. Its not like we even have access to your money, we just collect it for the appraisal company. Once a report is done you have just paid them for their service. If you don't like it take it up with the appraiser not us. Thanks
