Cat's Meow Double charged, Combative, Unresponsive  Internet

Cat's meow offered an online toy wherein, a yellow table cloth looking apparatus has a mouse moving around in a circle underneath the cloth to entice your pet (cat) into playing. The commercial advertised a buy one get one free deal. I went to the website which seemed straight forward until the order was placed. An additional screen popped up that asked if you wanted the extra device. When you say yes, it spits out a receipt and you'll notice immediately you were double charged as if ordering 2 devices. Since then, they have been unresponsive, combative and non compliant to my request to have my card refunded. I feel out of options, and reading exact same issues here as I experienced, I think people need to begin to consider legal action. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off by this companies misleading and fraudulent business practices?
