 I ordered a travel hammock from Cautivadora in JULY 2013.  They charged me for shipping, yet 2 months later, I received a cancellation order for the hammock.  I have contacted the company dozens of times both via phone, email, and "online representative" yet have not received a single reply back. 

Basically, I paid shipping charges for something they never shipped.  I tried to go through the Better Business Bureau, but since the company never responded to them, that went nowhere.  DO NOT buy anything from this website.  They are a scam and you will never receive any reply or contact from them.  It's been 5 months and they still haven't refunded my shipping cost.  At this point, I'm assuming they have no intention of ever doing so.
