CCA Credit Service Division fraudulent misleading approval letter unable to reach by phone Las Vegas Nevada

My 15-year-old daughter received a card needing "urgent" activation. It has her name on the card with an account number on the card.

I tried to locate their administrative office phone number on the two letters that came in the envelope. No phone numbers other than those to activate the card. The only phone number on the back of the card is the activation phone number. I called trying to reach an operator, but the automated system only accepts a one or nine response.

The only address in the letters is "CCA, PO Box 46101, Las Vegas, NV 89114".

A digital signature code appears on the back of the acceptance letter while an approval number appears on the front of the letter.

When did a 15-year-old student with no sustainable income "qualify" for a $6500 credit limit?
