CCA Credit Service Division Shopping Network ripoff shopping network cash on demand business from hell Las Vegas Nevada

Just today I received an envelope from CCA Credit Service Division Network, CCA Shopping Network, marked URGENT. I opened the envelope to find a "credit card" looking card, with my name embossed into it. Looking at the generous credit limit, I knew it was too good to be true, so I went on to read the print. I became skeptical right away when I read that this was really a "membership card", and it could be only used for purchases in their catalog. I was curious because there was no catalog enclosed, or no online web address. I then read the entire letter and learned that once activated, your "membership card" would be credited $200 which would be reimbursed in $200 worth of shopping---shopping from what?! It was then I decided to go online, where I found this rip off report site. I became enraged to learn what this company was doing. It prompted me to call two times. The first woman who answered the phone, spoke quickly, and refused to give any information about the company without the "membership card" number. She transferred me over to a supervisor, who was so rude over the phone, I had to hang up before I could say something I may have regretted later. The second call was made and I spoke to a man, who called me a "young lady". He was able to tell me that they had so many new products for sale, their web site was unable to keep up to date! What website? I asked for catalogs, and he assured me that CCA sold everything at very competitive prices, but he was unable to send me any. I told him, that in order to join, I would have to pay $200 and be expected to purchase from a catalog I cannot see beforehand. Just doesn't make sense, does it? I ended the call.
