CCA Credit Service Division ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I got a offer for a card and I did go through with it they claimed they would clear up my credit just by using it. after a month or so i got a book and about 300 dollars that i could use towards my purchase. I had to pay 199.00 to start, which i thought was good since this was a way to help clear up my credit. I was later charged an additional 199.98 for 2 protection things i told the representative that I did not want. Luckily I explained that to my bank and they got the money back for me. I am not getting a bill for the 199.98. There was a 800 number on there but for some reason they are always to busy to answer andit says to call back in 1 hr. If you get this offer do not do it. I promise you will regret it and be out of 200 dollars. I now am lost and don't know what to do to get this corrected. any suggestions
