CCA First National Card Total ripoff, credit card scam, push around Las Vegas Nevada

I was lured into this card by the gentleman stating that it was a genuine credit card that would help me with my credit. They charged me $128 just to get the card. I read the material that came with the card and it said that they were going to charge me an additional $199 after activating the card. I never activated it, thank god. I called the number on the paper and it was just a activation phone.

Finally, I got ahold of someone who gave me another number, who in turn gave me another number. I gave up and called my bank. They are disputing the charge as fraudulent, but I dont know what is coming out of this. Please help me!
