Cca First National Card mislead me bu saying that the initial charge of $199 would be credited on first purchase,but didn't explain the real truth about the card Las Vegas Nevada

I was mislead and charged the $199. I think it is coming up for renewal shortly, but I never activated it, thank goodness. How do I cancel this thing and get it out of my life. I don't remember if I gave them my ss#. But I guess I gave them my bank account info, I really don't remember.

It was last summer or early fall when I did this. I need help in cancelling this terrible thing, I am actually scared to call the number that they provided for fear it may activate the card. Please let me know what my options are . thanks
