Well I was one of the unlucky consumers to be scammed. I called the number and signed up for this card. After doing so, I did a little research regarding this card. I found this website and it helped greatly. My sister received the same letter and I told her to throw it away.

I did get in contact with my bank and was able to get some of my money back but not all of it. I am thankful to get any of it back. It was my stupidity for not looking into before I made a decision. I had to pay for a card and processing fee and I don't even have a card.

Thanks to this website, I was able to get something and save my sister from the same embarrassment and hassle.
