I recently ordered two Bionicles from CCG. The page on their site that I ordered from clearly pictured two and the written description clearly described two. At no time during the checking out process was I prompted to choose one or told that a choice would be made for me. At no time was I informed that I was ordering anything less than what the page described. When my order arrived, there was only one Bionicle. I emailed them with my concern and I got a two sentence email back stating that only one was included and I could purchase the other for additional money. I sent them another email saying how upset I was at this deceptive business practice. I have not received any more replies back from them.
Apparently, honesty and customer service are not very important to this company.

I did receive an email from someone else at CCG. This person was much nicer and admitted that the picture and description was misleading and promised that it would be fixed by their web people. I have not been back to the site to see if it actually was. They offered me the choices of returning the product I did receive or a 50% credit. I told them I would take the 50% credit if I could purchase the second Bionicle for the same price as the first and not pay any additional shipping. They agreed to that and sent out the second Bionicle.
So, even though I ended up not getting the second Bionicle for the original price, I am satisfied with the way the second person handled my complaint. I'm glad my complaint was eventually taken seriously and steps were taken to remedy the problem.
