I got the letter and the card in the mail today the same $6500 approved limit. I did read it all and realize you can only buy from their catalog but there is also a cash on demand feature to get cash After reading all of the complaints I am sure it is another part of the scam. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. This company has bend over listed after every lie in the letter. Be careful I am glad I did not call to activate it. I will reporting this Company.
