ccs credit services division ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I'm putting this on line due to the fact that i was ripped off by ccs for $1000.00 plus i recd a letter from the company telling me i was approved for a $6500.00 credit limit, I called
to activate the cards and give my payment information my bank account was hit for over $1000.00 and then I received a total of 3 catalogs all (garbage) The enrollment states that you have 10 days to cancel when I called in asked for my money back and they put me on the phone with a supervisor name Ronald Thomas who told me that i could cancel but I would not receive my money back as they dont give refunds after a hour long convesation I was not going to cancel and not get my money back so Mr. Thomas gave me a $400.00 credit, When I called to order the line stayed busy even at 3:00 am all through the day. I finally just gave up and said forget it a yr. later I received a ltr. from ccs on 9/16/2002 informing me that i had a balance of $99.00 when i received this I was heated so I called them and spoke with a agent name Kim Taylor ang a supervisor name Rita who stated that ronal Thomas was no longer with the company and that due to all my trouble they would issue me the new catalogs by over night mail. Here it is 10/3/02 and I have yet to receive the catalogs and when I call the phone will ring for 5 minutes and hang up.

Anyone that can help me pursue this matter in a court of law please help as i understand that ccs has been sued before by the state of Nevada.
