CCS First National ripped me off by leading me to believe I was re-establishing my credit ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

CCS First National Card ripped me off. I had been sent this card (for which I never even applied), and I threw it out every time. Finally, I got it for a fifth time and I said "Okay let me call and see what this is all about".

I was told that I had a credit limit of $8,500 to begin with. After I received the other cards and another letter in the mail telling me that I would be charged all these charges, I call to cancel. I should have know something wasn't right when I requested to cancel the card and the Supervisor got on the line and said that there was a balance of $199.99 to be paid. I told her I was not paying that being that I hadn't even had the card a week. She then lowered it to $99.99 just like that. What a load of crap???

Anyways, I appreciate this website, and I now see that I am not the only victim. If there is a lawsuit in progress, I'm all in as well...
