I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR QUITE AWHILE AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES UNTIL NOW. I PLACED AN ORDER DEC. 16, 2009 AND NEVER REC'D CONFIRMATION NOR MY CIGARETTES! THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN DOWN AND PHONE DISCONNECTED. YES, I AM OUT $130.00 AND YES, I AM PISSED! WHAT RECOURSE DO WE HAVE, IF ANY?

Call your credit card company or bank & explain it to them. I have never had a problem with them either. I order on 12/8 and nothing. I had to close my checking account, because I heard they were clearing people out.

I also read someone said to call the FBI. Think about it. They are selling butts with no taxes? What did they do? Take everyone for a ride this month so they could take off to places unknown?

There is a guy from an Indian reservation sitting in jail out here on LI. They claim he owes NYC over $5,000,000 in taxes from internet sales alone. Albeit he was arrested on murder charges & cleared, hes still in jail 5 yrs later & now they are going after the smokes.

Although I dont get how NYC states he owes them the $5,000,000. Why isn't it Long Islands?

Just call who ever you think will listen. They will get theirs.
