I too have been a victim of dbestone.  Order was placed 12/05/09 and a USPS confirmation on 12/08/09.  After several calls, emails and an inactive website I knew it was not a good sign.  There are probably many of our smoking kin out there who were also taken.  I see their website now has a message that if you paid for a product you did not receive you can write a letter requesting a refund.  Take that as a small glimmer of hope.  In addition submit a fraudulant report to your financial instituion.  Maybe between the two chances one will get your money back.  If neither works maybe we should track them down and stuff every possible crevice of their body with all the product they were suppose to ship....
