I placed an order on 12/07/09 and tried calling on 12/9/09 and received a recording that there were difficulties but to try later. I tried several times and went to the website the and found that it was down for maintenance. I was very surprised as I had received several orders from them. On 12/10/09 almost $200 was taken from my bank account but still I was unable to contact anyone. Would like to have my money back. Really don't care about an explaination.
